The Aerosolutions CRM Train the Trainer Course covers all aspects of the Transport Canada Advisory Circular AC 700 042. This also meets the FAA standard. All topics contained in the TC standard are discussed in depth with 2 main goals:
- What are the CRM and TEM best practices and techniques?
- What is the best way to ensure that this information is effectively passed to CRM Course attendees from all required employee groups?
A third goal of this course is to review the company CRM program and presentation with a view to improving the content and delivery techniques. There is a strong focus on the operational use of CRM and TEM skills and techniques rather than academic type information that is easily forgotten.
Recommendations are made to the course attendees and company management for specific ways to improve the company CRM training. Aerosolutions can also conduct a thorough review of the company CRM program on request without training CRM facilitators.
Course Details: CRM Train the Trainer (CTT)
The CRM Train the Trainer Course is normally carried out over 3 days via Zoom Meeting. There is also 1 day allotted for the instructor to review the company CRM presentation before the course start. Depending on the size and type of operation, the time for the course can be lengthened or shortened as necessary. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Cost: For a 3-day course plus 1 day of company CRM material review, the fee is $5,000. This fee is valid for up to 4 attendees.
