Course Registration Form

To register for a course/workshop, please complete the registration form below. If you wish to register for more than on course, submit one additional form for each course. Be sure to include your full contact information, license number (for pilots), telephone and email address. Please also ensure that administrative, financial and main course contacts are clearly identified.

If the course fee is not indicated we will contact you with a quote based on your specific requirements.

A confirmation message will be sent to you confirming your registration on the course. Detailed course information including invoice (payable upon receipt), location, times, accommodation suggestions and other pertinent information will be emailed to all students prior to the course.

The CRM Train the Trainer Course is normally carried out over 3 days via Zoom Meeting. There is also 1 day allotted for the instructor to review the company CRM presentation before the course start. Depending on the size and type of operation, the time for the course can be lengthened or shortened as necessary.

There will be a facility surcharge for any weekend or late evening training

Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, e-transfer or direct deposit. We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Please contact us with your credit card information for processing or for our direct deposit banking information. Please make out cheques to Aerosolutions.

  

Cancellation Policy

Once registered for a course, cancellations over 30 days from the course start date will receive a 50% refund or 100% of the fee paid may be applied to a later course within 12 months of the registered course date. Cancellations within 30 days of the course start date will not receive a refund, however 50% of the funds paid may be applied toward the same course within a 12 month period.

For all special request courses by an airline/operator, should it be necessary to postpone the course, no refund will be provided and normally the course will be held at a later date as mutually agreed. A 10% administration will be charged when a requested course is postponed by the client, as well as any non-refundable travel costs. When extenuating circumstances dictate, the cancellation fees listed above may be waived.
